Hotel check-in is usually in the afternoon, making this a great option for guests arriving at Narita Airport (NRT) in the morning.
In Akihabara, we will decide which shop to visit based on your request. Ex. Yodobashi Akiba, Don Quijote (Don Don Donki), famous figure shops, trading card shops, and Maid cafes. If you’re hungry you can have breakfast or lunch. While in the car or on the tour, you can make your stay even more enjoyable by asking your local guide about your upcoming stay in Japan and tips for your stay.

- The meeting point is out of the custom area at the airport.
- The guide will start to stand by at the meeting point after 1 hour from your actual landing time. (The average time to clear the immigration and the custom is 1 hour)
- The tour time start from the stand by time.
- If the guide cannot meet you within 2 hours after landing without any contact, the tour will be cancelled and due to 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellation policy
- 100% Refund – Cancellation up to 192 hours (8 days) before the meeting time.
- 70% Refund – Cancellation from 192 hours (8 days) to 120 hours (5 days) before the meeting time.
- 50% Refund – Cancellation from 120 hours (5 days) to 48 hours (2 days) before the meeting time.
- No Refund – Cancellation less than 48 hours (2 days) before the meeting time.
- We will also refund 100% if we are unable to offer the tour due to unavoidable reasons or cancellation due to bad weather after you have made your booking.
