Hotel check-in is usually in the afternoon, making this a great option for guests arriving at Haneda Airport (HND) in the morning.
In Ginza we will visit Seiko Clock Tower the landmark in Ginza, UNIQLO flag ship store and Mitsukoshi department store and we will also guide you to the store of your choice. If you’re hungry you can have breakfast or lunch.

- Please include your flight number, scheduled arrival time and your hotel to check-in on the form.
- The meeting point is out of the custom area at the airport.
- The guide will start to stand by at the meeting point after 40 minutes from your actual landing time. (The average time to clear the immigration and the custom is 40 minutes)
- The tour time start from the stand by time.
- If the guide cannot meet you within 90 minutes after landing without any contact, the tour will be cancelled and due to 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellation policy
- 100% Refund – Cancellation up to 192 hours (8 days) before the meeting time.
- 70% Refund – Cancellation from 192 hours (8 days) to 120 hours (5 days) before the meeting time.
- 50% Refund – Cancellation from 120 hours (5 days) to 48 hours (2 days) before the meeting time.
- No Refund – Cancellation less than 48 hours (2 days) before the meeting time.
- We will also refund 100% if we are unable to offer the tour due to unavoidable reasons or cancellation due to bad weather after you have made your booking.
